关于MSP432烧录程序的问题

学生小白一个，之前没有接触过TI的MCU，不知道怎么烧录程序，根据网上查到的资料做了好多尝试

我用的是MSP432P401R，CCS是6.2版本的，用数据线连接开发板和电脑，写好程序后点那个小虫，结果出现了下图。

请大佬指点一下，初次使用这个类型的开发板烧录程序应该怎么做，希望可以具体一点，万分感谢！
