MSP432系列单片机 有DSP库吗？ 进行FFT计算，样例中没有库。
安装SDK后请查看如下目录："ti\simplelink_msp432p4_sdk_3_10_00_08\examples\nortos\MSP_EXP432P401R\demos\cmsis_dsplib_ulp" 库在“\ti\simplelink_msp432p4_sdk_3_10_00_08\source\third_party\CMSIS\DSP_Lib\lib”目录下，是以.a格式提供的。
