MSP430FR2353烧录失败（“MSP430: Error connecting to the target: Unknown device”）

新接触 MSP430FR2353，做了块板子，通过CCS烧录简单的基础工程（只配置了晶振），但是一直烧录不成功，提示“MSP430: Error connecting to the target: Unknown device”

请问造成这种失败的原因会是什么？

1、仿真器问题？（我初Debug的时候弹出提示升级仿真器版本，我只能升级了）

2、复位电路的问题？
