CCS导入simple_periphral工程报错

在用CCS7.3导入cc2640SDK里的simple_periphral工程时，提示如下错误，导入失败，请问是啥原因，是不是没有安装XDCtools,如何在CCS中安装XDCtools?
已经试过重新安装SDK和手动安装XDCtools，都不能解决这个问题，请问有人知道吗？
