    TI-RTOS : Uses the TI-RTOS API directly.
    TI Driver Porting Layer : Uses the TI SimpleLink SDK Driver Porting Layer (DPL) to interface with the underlying operating system, for example TI-RTOS.
    None : Uses direct register access and DriverLib API.
