CC2540作为从机，因为CC2540需要进行一些外部AD采集工作，MCU占用率较高，导致android手机无法获取到服务，IOS可以。
现在想在手机获取服务后，从机再开始AD采集。
所以想问从机如何得知，主机何时获取到了服务？
