现状：目前我这边采用UDP协议以40ms为一个周期向外发包，UDP实际发出包的在1-150ms之间，包实际接收形状呈现正态分布呈现“草帽”形状，且帽顶较矮，效果不好。
想要达到的效果：包呈现柱状效果，包集中时间：40±5ms。
