如何通过串口动态修改信道和PANID

协议版本：home 1.2.2

问题1：能否不使用NV_STORE实现串口修改一次信道和PANID，掉电不丢失，因为使用了NV_STORE对于终端来说，下次上电不会自动连接新的协调器；

问题2：目前使用NV_STORE来实现修改PANID和信道（修改NIB），发现修改了协调器的PANID和信道，终端的也会自动的修改过来。
