你好，标准的这样的文件没有，但是我们有工程师通过“分立器件”搭建过你可以拿去试下：
这款没有给出任何model，如果有TINA reference model的话，最简单的方法就是通过TINA导出.cir文件。
任务栏里 文件-----导出----图表（Pspice*.cir)保存即可是标准的Pspice模型。
