画原理图和PCB，结果没有找到opa197和opa4180的符号和封装，在哪里可以找到？
TI 的器件, 基本都能找到器件的符合和封装库, 不过从官网下载下来的器件库还需要转换一下
不是所有的芯片都提供了footprint，如果提供了的话，在产品主页的“Quality &Packaging”部分的CAD/CAE symboles会有。但这两颗料都没有提供。
