目前我已经做了精密电流源，想测试整个系统的电流噪声谱密度，所以想用恒流源输出接1Ω负载测试电压噪声谱密度，转换后实现。 请问如何实现电压噪声谱密度的测量？ 您使用频谱分析仪吗？ 如果可能，是否可以实施 Agilent E4402B/E4407B/7401A？ 类似这样的结果，十分感谢！
