&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; 在TI卓越工程师培养的8个月中，我在技术和知识方面收获颇丰，和胡艳艳、李瑞同学共同完成了AdaBoost人脸检测算法在TDA2x平台上的移植和优化，该系统框架不仅适用于各种视频图像中的人脸检测应用，同时也适用于其他任何物体的检测，例如，我后期利用该算法框架实现了汽车电子的行人检测应用。在团队中，我主要负责整体算法的研究以及DSP检测算法的实现和优化。&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; 初始1个月的培训之后我们就进入各个部门、团队工作，刚进入团队我和另外两位一起实习的同学共同学习了一个多月的TI新推出的嵌入式视觉引擎EVE，从一开始对如何调试、如何硬件编程或如何连接仿真板这样的基础问题都满头雾水，到熟练掌握EVE性能并灵活编程实现各种适合EVE的算法。在这期间，TI为我们提供了丰富的学习资源，包括培训视频、用户手册和印度工程师的远程会议等，让我们学会了如何最大化利用资源学习新鲜知识，解决别人未曾解决的问题，克服新的挑战。在我们一起实现了EVE上的缩放算法，并达到很高的效率之后，我在导师的安排下开始了AdaBoot人脸检测算法的研究，并尝试从OpenCV将该算法移植到DSP上。起初接到这个任务时，我的内心是焦虑而担心的，首先，我没有系统学习过模式识别、计算机视觉方面的专业知识，其次，从重写纯C工程到DSP移植优化，这庞大的工作量和困难重重的道路让我感到害怕。但是我的导师首先给我指明了工作方向，然后和我共同制定了工作计划和deadline，将一个较大的工作分为若干个小部分，不仅帮助我更有条理地完成了工作，还让我在每完成一项工作后获得了自信和成就感。&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; 我的导师之于我，就像灯塔之于船舶，她为我指明方向，但让我尝试自己的道路；她让我在繁多的工作中找到目标，但让我们探索实现目标的方法；她不会手把手地一步步教我，但她发掘了我自身的潜力，激励了我的信心；她和我们一同学习进步，我们请教她问题时，她总是热心解答。TI为我们配备了最优秀的导师，我在此由衷地感谢TI公司为我们提供如此卓越的培养条件。&lt;/p&gt;
