PPC3软件TLV320ADC3140的权限如何获取？

计划用TLV320ADC3140开发产品，硬件已经做出来了。下一步就是软件调试。

我需要用PPC3生成配置表，如何才能获得配置TLV320ADC3140的权限？我已经申请过2次了，但是没有通过。

必须购买ADC3140EVM-PDK这个评估板才可以有权限使用PPC3吗？如果买了还需要从网上申请吗？

我填写申请资料的时候没有让我填写订单号，这样的话我即使买了评估板，到时候还是没有权限，评估板不就没用了！！！

我试过了，没有通过，用的公司邮箱。刚刚又申请了一次。这是回复

Your request has been acknowledged and in order for you to be able to access restricted information, we must request for the approval first. This request has been forwarded to another TI department and they will contact you once your request has been approved. Please allow 24-48 hours for this request's approval. There's no guarantee that you will be approved. For this is still submitted for approval. This case will be considered resolved, since we escalate it to another department.
