DRV2700EVM: The output voltage is too low when using an external signal source as input

Part Number: DRV2700EVM

During testing of the DRV2700EVM, using the official piezoelectric console, the no-load voltage can reach 100V and the load voltage can reach 80V. However, when an external signal source is used to input an audio signal, the maximum voltage is only around 10V (the external signal source transmits the audio signal generated by the computer via a headphone cable). We need at least 70V. Could you help us identify the issue?
