在通道A输入CVBS信号，配置为656格式，工作完全正常。
配置为601格式，

在24,25脚上检测不到任何的输出。CLK 正常输出27M ，数据端口也有输出。
留意一下初始化的过程, 通常控制寄存器的修改就能更改功能设置, 但有些设置可能需要硬件(包括上电, 复位等) 配合, 不知道这个芯片是否也存在这方面的因素
