大家好，请教个问题。

我打算用TSW14J56和TSW54J60（高速ADC的评估板）搭建一个高速信号采集系统，采集100MHz的信号。想知道，能自己写TSW14J56EVM上的FPGA程序吗？

需要另外购买FPGA的仿真器吗？

还有个问题，TSW14J56有预留的I/O口吗？有几个？电平是什么标准？
