应该是不可以的，在dac8562数据手册8.3.3.2 Power-On Reset to Mid-Scale章节最后一句话：If using an external reference, it is acceptable to power on the VREFIN pin either at the same time as or after applying AVDD. VREFIN 应该是只能同时或AVDD之后上电。
