DIFF0接入的是 CD端,AB端为信号发生器输入,并且B点还接入到AGND。R1=R4=100KΩ,R2=R3=104KΩ,R5=400Ω,UCD=UAB/500。
当UAB=500mV时,DIFF1-7都能正确的检查到1mV±1.5%的电压,DIFF0检测已经在0.93mV附近波动。当UAB继续变小时,DIFF0检测的误差越大。
ADS1258只有一路ADC模块,它的8对差分输入是通过MUX进行切换输入的,因此,DIFF0检测的误差大不是ADC的问题,只能考虑是模拟输入差分对走线问题或外接电路的问题;
或者您用DIFF0测试已知稳定DC电压,看采集电压是否准确?
