是的，需要，DAC7311在5V供电时，可以识别的低电平最大是0.3*AVDD，即0.99V，可以识别的高电平最小是0.7*AVDD，即3.5V，因此单片机输出3.3V不能被识别为高电平，需要加电平转换。
