Part Number: DAC61416

Should I power VAA, VDD and VIO first, or VCC and VSS first? Or there is no sequencing requirement for the power supplies?

p.s.: I supply +5V for VAA, VDD and VIO, +12V for VCC, and -12V for VSS.
