上图为DLP4710的芯片手册提供的尺寸图，该图给出了正负公差范围，
以宽度为例，
宽度为（11-0.1~11+0.3），公差范围较大，
我们在设计结构件安装DMD时，发现宽度设计成11时，安装不上；设计过大时，有间隙，影响成像质量；
请问这个问题怎么解决？怎么处理DMD这么大的公差范围？（我们结构件尺寸应该设置成多少？）

该DMD已经量产， 目前安装都没有这个问题。 还是建议你参考网站上的3D CAD 和安装的相关设计。
