Hello everyone, I have met a problem of DLP3010LC in production. The appearance of DLP3010LC is shown like below.
After assembled and power up, some DLP3010LC will appears the strips and can not be recovered. Is there anything that I should pay attention in hardware and mechanical design?
Hardware design refers to the TIDA-080003. Our design of dlp3010lc is shown below. VCC_1.8V is from main board not from the DLPA2005.
Please help to analyze this problem and see if there is any method to avoid this problem.
