TI的工程师们，我用TPD2E001作为USB 2.0接口保护，我在其VCC管脚上放置了一个10uF以及0.1uF的电容，测试发现插入USB cable的时候，TPD2E001的VCC管脚上测到6.9V的电压（瞬间的），去掉10uF电容后插入USB cable瞬间则不会有6.9V的电压，请问该芯片的VCC能否放置较大电容？？（PS：我并没有从PC取电源）如下图：
