LMX2571驱动问题

补充一下，向R0写入的是0x2003，让芯片进入normal工作模式。

5. Program register R0 with RESET=1. This will ensure all the registers are reset to their default values.
6. Program in sequence registers R60, R58, R53, …, R1 and then R0.
