您好,看了下THVD1550的D DE RE Rz这几个管教的门限电平,为5V TTL电平,5V TTL电平和3.3V 门限电平是相同的.
参考datasheet Page7的电气参数表,可以看到DE，RE的Vih(min)=2V,Vil(max)=0.8V． 和３.３V门限电平一样，所以和3.3V FPGA是可以直接连接的，不需要电平转换．
