CDCE706是这么配置的,S0上拉到VCC,S1下拉到GND,VCC/GND之间电容是0.1uF,时钟在CLK_IN0输入,VCCOUT没输出,Y1,Y2,Y3也没输出.怎么办.
VCCOUT是输出级的供电管脚，不是输出管脚。换言之，VCCOUT应该接到电源上。
VCCOUT1给Y0、Y1供电；VCCOUT2给Y2、Y3、Y4、Y5供电
亲，上面不是说倍频不能大于300M吗？你的配置太。。。。
