    您好，USB3.0无法工作指的是下行端口的接的是USB3.0的device无法工作是吗？

    那么和上行端口连接的是否能支持USB3.0？ 因为如果和上行端口连接的USB端口只能支持2.0的话，那么下行端口是不支持USB3.0的，也最多只能支持到USB2.0.

    同样，如果和上行端口连接的只能支持低速或中速的话 ，那么下行端口USB3.0和高速也都是不支持的。

    除了上述情况，那也可能和cable有关，可以尝试更换一根cable试试。
