TXS0104E 用的1.8V转3.3V TTL，接GPS模块，低电平拉不低（1V左右），GPS模块内部有上拉。
因为GPS模块部有上拉，而TXS010xx系列B port内部已经有上拉，这样导致两个电阻并联，电阻减小，Vol值提高。
所以一般不建议外部上下拉，或者已经内部集成上下拉的应用，外部上拉，直接影响的就是Vol的值，导致拉不下来。
或者建议您更换其他电平转换器件呢。
