TXB0106: TXB0106 GND脚悬空对信号的影响

VCCA为3.3V，VCCB为5V，VCCB与GND脚之间通过一个100nF的电容连接，但GND处于悬空态，未连接到地网络，从测试情况看，5V的方波输入被正确转换为3.3V方波输出，请问长时间来看，GND悬空会有影响吗
