nFault 具有30k 的内部上拉电阻器、因此您不必添加外部上拉电阻器。 如果发现 MOSFET 漏极和源极短路、LM5170-Q1会下拉 nFAULT 引脚以标记故障、并且控制器保持关闭状态。
