死区时间是自适应的、控制器会在开启 LO 之前寻找 SW 节点电压下降。
最小死区时间与 SW 节点寄生电容和 SW 电流以及 SW 下降所需的时间有关。
最大死区时间为~40ns、之后 LO 将开启。
