对于 UCC27323、建议的工作条件是电源上的15V 电压、但这不会损坏 IC、尽管我们建议为偏置上的瞬态和/或过冲留出足够的裕度。
从栅极驱动电压的角度来看、UCC27524可能是一个很好的替代方案。
