想问下TMS320F280041/280045/280049 相同pin脚数的型号之间，软硬件是否完全相同，如果替换，硬件是否要改动？软件是否要改动？
比如100pin对100pin，64pin对64pin, 是pin to pin的吗？相互替换需不需要改硬件呢？
