不采样时ADC输入为高阻态。
在采样时，需要在S+H时间（由ACQPS设置控制）将Ch充电到最终值的小于1 LSB（通常为0.5LSB或0.25 LSB）。
一般需要 Rs < 50 ohms，Cs 大约为 10x 到 20x Ch，并且驱动运算放大器具有大约至少 10MHz 的带宽。
输入（或输出）引脚的平均电流与 Ch 乘以采样率成正比。
