TMS320F28075: 外接无缘晶振不起振

DSP型号为28075，使用Ti sytem/bios，程序在运行一段时间后dsp突然卡死，程序控制的心跳灯不亮，应该是程序没有正常运行，重新上电后也无法恢复，使用示波器测量晶振引脚没有正弦波，跟换晶振也没有用，boost引脚均可靠上拉，请问一下有可能是什么原因？
