TMSHVBLPFCKIT连不上ccs，28035的控制卡，有没有用过的？求高手指点！！！

我最近从TI官网上买了TMSHVBLPFCKIT开发套件，套件里随带的软件版本是ccs4.2.3，控制卡是Piccolo TMS320F28035 隔离式 controlCARD，按照说明将控制卡上的sw3置1，用usb线将控制卡和PC连上，打开开发板上的电源，控制卡上的LED1、LED4亮，但在ccs下载程序时报错，无法连上开发板。

求高手指点
