F28M35 usb_bulk程序出现unknown device情况

本人使用F28M35例程做USB实验，使用自带V201版本的USB_BULK例程，将程序烧录到FLASH，在挂仿真器全速运行时，系统能识别到USB的VID,PID，可以顺利安装自带的驱动；但是断电后，拔出仿真器，再重新上电，在一两分钟过后在USB总线下出现unknown device。如何解决？请高手帮忙啊！
