7段的时候，一个PWM周期，三相都有开关动作，5段式只有两相有开关动作。编程的时候的差异仅仅在

7段的话，Ta Tb Tc 均会赋值，5段的话，Ta Tb Tc 根据扇区不同有一个为 0；
