CCS使用中突然出现的错误问题

如题，近几天在CCS运行的时候，老是弹出如下的错误提示

Trouble Reading Register: Error 0x00000004/-2030 Error during: Register,  Access to an unknown or invalid register was attempted.  


但是它貌似又没有影响程序的运行，不知道是什么原因引起的？

有遇到同样问题的吗，求解释下。。。
