对于TMS320F28027MCU的启动模式问题，独立启动模式需要GPIO34 GPIO37来决定，可是我已经将这两个io用于普通io应用了，这样独立启动模式将会怎么样进入那个启动模式。
另外JTAG接口管脚复用有什么注意事项，只是仿真时复用管脚不能仿真外，有无其他影响。
当成IO是可以的，但不要下拉。
启动的时候会判断GPIO34和GPIO37。 只要不下拉，就默认到Flash中启动。
JTAG的一个引脚是复用的，但也是一样，不要下拉。
