最近在用DSP28335，发现它的复位信号有问题，复位引脚的电平时高时低，导致JTAG连接不上，请问这是什么问题？急需求解，各位大师请指教？
1. 检查所有的3.3V引脚和1.8V引脚是否都已经供电正常？ 有没有虚焊的？特别是周围的电容有没有错的？坏的？
2. 是否开看门狗了？
3. 检查复位电路是否有问题？
查询复位管脚电平是否异常？如果异常，直接用3.3v拉高。看能解决否？
