1. 下载CCSv5.
2.建立target configuration file， 通过view 》 target configuration 打开这个窗口，然后新建一个，配置芯片，仿真器
3. 右键该新建的目标配置文件，选择launch selected configuration，进入调试界面。
4. 在调试界面run 菜单中选择连接芯片，连接完后run>load program,浏览.Out文件。
