DSP芯片为F2812，晶振频率20MHz，输入到X1；锁相环XPLLDIS上拉，PLL配置为5倍频；上电后，XCLKOUT管脚输出的波形混乱，用示波器探测，看不出频率是多少？且DSP无法工作。请问这是什么问题？

给你个F2812的参考设计，看看是否硬件设计有问题，焊接有问题等等。

首先检查芯片供电是否正常。
其次是检查晶振电路有没有问题。
再看焊接有没有问题。
最后运行一下TI的标准例程进行测试。
