刚刚接触dsp（28335），求教一个简单问题，怎样设置一个输出的时钟信号给外设，外设需要一个低于25MHz的时钟信号，如果方便的话能不能指教一下这个代码怎么写
可以通过CLKOUT引脚来输出时钟，但是这个要与内部SYSCLKOUT的有关系，一般是4分频。
也可以通过IO反转来实现。
