C2000 lauchpad接上10M的外部晶振需要怎么设置？

C2000 lauchpad 可以正常运行，PWM的频率总是在跳，我将C2000 LAUCHPAD上面焊上了一个10M的晶振，并且在晶振旁焊上了两个30pF的电容，现在lauchpad 无法正常烧录程序，

报错如图片，我该怎么设置或修改，才能使用外部的10M晶振呢？
