您好，没有这样的仿真器，MSP430F5529推荐使用MSP-FET，F28022您可使用xds100v2；

MSP430F5529和TMS320F28022是不同内核的处理器，所需要的仿真器是不同的。至少现在还没人开发出来同时支持这两类mcu的仿真器。
