MSP430FR6047在下载程序后外部reset功耗不正常

操作步骤：板子通电，连接上仿真器，仿真器和mcu通过2-Wire Spy-Bi-Wire连接，待程序下载完成后，移除仿真器，通过拉低引脚RST/NMI让MCU 复位，通过LCD观察MCU已经复位，但是耗电不正常，比正常情况多了200多ua。

将板子断电重新上电后耗电恢复正常，通过拉低引脚RST/NMI让MCU 复位，耗电也正常。

不知道是什么原因
