MSP430F5529: 打ESD （静电放电）8KV时重启

基于5529的硬件设计，按照IEC60601-1标准，打ESD 8KV时，MCU重启，同样的电路板layout，MSP430F5510就没有问题，我想问下，5529和5510 MCU在内部的硬件架构上有何区别吗，需要哪些特别注意的地方吗？

或者说5529对静电放电的抗扰度变差了？
