We are now using the MSP430FR6047 Ultrasonic Sensing Evaluation Module to design an ultrasonic flow meter, asking questions about calibration:
1. Commercial use of TI algorithms: Whether the calibration algorithm library currently provided by TI can be directly commercialized or just used as a demo
2. Increase calibration factor: TI's GUI can currently calibrate the flow, temperature, and tube length, if we want to increase the pressure factor, how to add it, or integrate it into TI's algorithm library in order to optimize the algorithm
3. Automatic calibration method: TI's calibration scheme can only be calibrated manually, or can it be calibrated automatically, that is, we can only manually obtain the standard parameters of a standard device, and then enter the GUI to calibrate and adjust the parameters.
Or can you use the script file, use the tool software to automatically obtain the parameters of the standard equipment, and then input it into the TI algorithm software to automatically generate the calibration parameter table, I don't know if you can do this?
4. Secondary calibration capability: If a water meter is used for 1 year or half a year, it may produce scale, water pressure changes, flow range changes, or other factors, is there a way to do secondary calibration, or secondary self-calibration, how to achieve it
5.accuracy level:At present, the TI algorithm can reach the R400 1% accuracy level after calibration
