MAP_SysCtlClockFreqSet函数实际上就是ROM_SysCtlClockFreqSet 。ROM_SysCtlClockFreqSet 函数固化在ROM中。
SysCtlClockFreqSet 函数编译后在Flash中运行。
调用ROM中的代码的话，可以省Flash的空间。代码在ROM中运行的速度也会比在Flash中运行稍快。但是ROM中只集成了外设驱动库的源码，且ROM中的代码不能修改。
